BUDPORT Handling Ltd. is looking for colleagues who would like to participate in the ground handling of aerial passengers, as part of a dynamically developing, innovative team, to work in the area of “passenger handling”, starting immediately.


Tasks:
• Checking passengers’ boarding passes and baggage during the check-in and boarding process
• Checking travel documents and visas, based on entry conditions
• Passenger check-in, baggage check-in, boarding
• Performing baggage fee-related transactions, recording in the booking system, sale of additional airline services at the airport
• Liaison with the various organizational units involved in the ground handling of aircraft.

Qualifications and skills required for the position:
• Secondary school qualification (secondary school-leaving certificate)
• Intermediate level English language skills (active language skills necessary)
• No criminal record.

Other skills and abilities required for the position:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Customer focus
• Ability to work independently and also in a team
• Excellent stress tolerance and problem-solving skills
• Precise way of working, ability to bear a great workload
• Cultured appearance
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
